In the same kadai in which daal is fried add 1 tbsp ghee and in low flame fry the daal powder for 5 minutes by stirring continuously pour the milk sugar mixture in it and stir quickly till milk absorbs and mixture is thicken add cardamom powder mix well,when it leaves the sides of kadai switch off the flame.
  7. Grease a thali with ghee pour the mixture in it sprinkle chopped nuts and kishmish let it set for 30 minutes or more cut into pieces..
  8. If you wish can apply silver wirk on it too.
