Chicken tikka roulade step by step
- Wash properly chicken and all the vegetables..
- Butterfly cut the chicken breast..
- Make a marination with curd,salt,oil and all the dry spices mentioned above..
- Wrap the chicken in cling film,beat the chicken with the hammer or back side of knife..
- Apply the marination to the chicken and wrap up again in the cling film like a candy.
- Add the wrapped chicken in the boiling water and poach for 10mins.
- Till the chicken get poached cut the trianglet of onion,tomato and capsicum and add it to the same marinate applied on chicken.
- As soon your your chicken get perfectly poached take it out and cut the slices of it..
- Take a grill pan add some oil and grill the chicken and veggies..
- Plate it and can garnish with carvings of tomato, carrots,spring onions etc..
- Serve with mint chuteny..
