- Take a large bowl put grated mooli(remove excess water) add coriander leaves, chilli powder, salt and ajwain mix it well, put wheat flour and Knead a soft dough keep aside..
- Take a kadhai pour some oil and heat it. Put some cumin seeds and asafoedita put cut parwal and lil salt mix it well and cook for sometime..
- When parwal is half done add grated tomato cook it well add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and gram masala cover it and cook well..
- Now add boil potatoes and water as per your requirement on high heat boil it again for 5-10 mins check the consistency and switch off the gas..
- Now Knead the dough again make small balls and roll the parathas, pre heat the tawa put that paratha on it and cook it on both sides, now apply ghee or oil roasting until golden brown colour and serve hot with sabji, taste is yummy. My father love this simple comfort food..
