- Prepare 1 tbsp of Mustard oil.
- It's 1 of Capsicum small cut into cubes.
- Prepare 1 of Onion cut into cubes.
- Prepare 1 of Tomato cut into cubes.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Marination Ingredients: Curd.
- You need 3 tsp of Kashmiri Red Chilli powder.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
- It's 1 tsp of Garam Masala Powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Lemon juice.
- It's 1 tsp of Pepper powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.

- Take the marination ingredients in a bowl and mix nicely..
- Add the chicken to the mixture and keep aside for sometime. The longer marination the better. I kept for 2 hours..
- Heat a grill pan over gas top and layer the chicken pieces in single layer..
- Grill them over on all sides on low-medium heat for about 15-20 mins. Flip them over occasionally..
- In the remaining marination mix the veggies and grill them for about 5 mins on high heat..
- Turn off and bring the chicken and veggies together. Pour the remaining mustard oil, mix well and serve..
