- Prepare 8 pieces of Boneless chicken cut into cubes.
- It's 1 cup of Curd.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.

Chicken Tikka step by step
- Combine curd, ginger garlic paste chilli powder, corrinder powder, salt garam masala together in a bowl and mix well. Add chicken cubes to the merinade and coat evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerator for at least 3-4hours.
- Skewer the chicken cubes roast in grill/tandoor turning cubes occasionally for 10 minute.
- Cook the tikkas for 10 minute spoon some butter on the tikkas and cook further for 5 minute or until cooked.
