Amritsari chole and paneer stuffed bhature step by step

  1. To boil chole add in a muslin cloth all the ingredients mentioned above and make a potli.and add chole and salt,water. Wait till 3-4 whistle..
  2. For chole gravy heat oil,and add Ajwain,ginger garlic paste & chopped onion. Cook it untill brown. Now add turmeric, chilli powder,dhanya jeeru (Coriander & cumin) chole masala. Cook untill spices are mixed. Now add tomato puree and cook for 5 mins.add Kasuri methi,amchur powder.cook untill oil separates..
  3. Add boil chole.stir for 2-3 mins and add leftover water in which you have boiled chole. It will give you all the flavours.cook for 15 mins & more to get the best taste of all the spices..
  4. For bhature add all the dry ingredients and then add curd, water and Knead a dough. Add oil on top and cover it with a cloth & Rest for 2 hours..
  5. Mix all the ingredients for stuffing and make a mixture..
  6. Now take a dough and spred it with fingers and add stuffing. Now roll it and fry in a hot oil..
  7. Serve chole with bhature and onions, pickle and green chillies..
