  1. Coarsely pulverize red chilli, peppercorn, garlic, shallot, jeera, coriander seed and keep it aside..
  2. Add oil in a hot pan. Once the oil is hot, add mustard and let it splutter. Add urad dal, red chilli and curry leaves.
