- You need of Salt as per taste.
- You need of Chaat masala.
- You need of Black pepper powder.
- Prepare of Kasuri methi.

- In a bowl add wheat flour & salt mix it and knead a dough.
- Take a big size amount from a dough and rolled it.
- Now spread ghee all over it.
- Now sprinkle chaat masala, black pepper powder and kasuri methi.
- Now like a paper fan fold it evenly.
- Now roll it all together.
- Now rolled it slowly so the layers easily visible.
- Heat tawa and place the paratha on it when its cooked from one side flip it and apply ghee.
