Ingredients of Til Gur Ladoo
- Prepare 500 gm of Gur (jaggery).
- It's 500 gm of Til (seseme seed).
- You need 200 gm of Khoya.
- Prepare 100 gm of Mix dry fruits.
- Prepare 4 of big cardimom seeds.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Desi ghee.
Til Gur Ladoo instructions
- Dry roast til (seseme seed)on a slow to medium flame and keep aside do not over roast slightly brown and keep aside..
- Dry roast dry fruits and keep aside..
- Now take mixture jaar and put 400 gm of til into the jar and coarsely grind the til and keep aside..
- Now take nonstick pan and put two tablespoons of desi ghee when ghee gets melt than put crushed gur (jaggery) into the pan and keep string on slow flame..
- When gur melts than put grinded til, khoya, big cardimom seeds and roasted dry fruits and mix well keep string for 3 to 4 min on slow flame and keep the flame off..
- When mixture get slightly warm aaply some desi ghee in hand and make ladoo of it and put rest til in a plate and roll ladoo over it..
