Ingredients of Winter special gond laddu
- You need 1 cup of Wheat Flour.
- You need 1 cup of Ghee.
- It's 100 gms of Gond.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Almonds.
- You need 1/2 cup of Cashew nuts.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Raisin.
- You need 10-15 of Dry Dates.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Ajwain powder.

Winter special gond laddu instructions
- Add one cup ghee in pan..
- Fry edible gond on low flame (slowly & gradually)..
- Fry Almond & Cashew in the same pan for 2 mins..
- Fry Raisin fry in the same pan for 1 min..
- Roast wheat flour in same pan till golden brown colour (add 2 tbsp ghee if required).
- Crush gond..
- Grind dry fruits in mixer.
- Dry khajur (12 to 15 nos.) Grind in mixer.
- Roast dry coconut powder in the same pan without ghee for 2 mins..
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl and add 2 tsp ajwain powder.
- Add 3 tbsp ghee in the same pan & add 1 + ½ cup jaggery as soon as jaggery melt add 1 tbsp water.
- Add jaggery syrup in the dry ingredients..
- Mix well..
- Now make laddu..
