Malai Tikkas step by step
- Clean and cut the chicken into small chunks.
- Marinate the chicken in the 1st marinate and set aside for 2 hrs..
- Grind everything to a smooth paste all the ingredients mentioned in marinade 2 except the oil.
- Marinate the chicken with the 2nd marinate paste along with the oil.Rub the marinade with hands so that it's coated well..
