Ingredients of Sprouted Moong stuffed Beetroot Chilla

  1. Prepare 3 tablespoon of Chickpea Flour.
  2. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  3. You need 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Coriander powder.
  5. Prepare 2 tsp of Coriander leaves.
  6. Prepare 2 tsp of Green chillies.
  7. You need 1 cup of Boiled Sprouts.
  8. It's 1/2 Cup of Chopped tomatoes.
  9. It's 1 tsp of Chaat Masala.
  10. It's 1/2 of Grated Beetroot.
  11. You need As needed of Olive oil for greasing.

Sprouted Moong stuffed Beetroot Chilla instructions

  1. Take chickpea flour, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and make a smooth batter the consistency should not be too thick nor too thin..
  2. Now add the grated beetroot to it and mix well and keep it aside for 15 minutes..
  3. Now take a non-stick pan grease it with olive oil and pour a spoon of the batter on it and roast it from both the sides.
  4. After it has been roasted from both the sides add boiled sprouted moong and chopped tomato mixture in the middle & sprinkle chaat masala on it..
  5. Before adding Moong and tomato mixture add a little salt and red chilli powder to it & mix well. Note- Onions could also be added to it but here i have not used onions.
  6. Fold it and close it tightly.
  7. Ready to serve.
  8. Serve with green chutney.
