Ingredients of Sprouted Moong stuffed Beetroot Chilla
- Prepare 3 tablespoon of Chickpea Flour.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Coriander powder.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Coriander leaves.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Green chillies.
- You need 1 cup of Boiled Sprouts.
- It's 1/2 Cup of Chopped tomatoes.
- It's 1 tsp of Chaat Masala.
- It's 1/2 of Grated Beetroot.
- You need As needed of Olive oil for greasing.
Sprouted Moong stuffed Beetroot Chilla instructions
- Take chickpea flour, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and make a smooth batter the consistency should not be too thick nor too thin..
- Now add the grated beetroot to it and mix well and keep it aside for 15 minutes..
- Now take a non-stick pan grease it with olive oil and pour a spoon of the batter on it and roast it from both the sides.
- After it has been roasted from both the sides add boiled sprouted moong and chopped tomato mixture in the middle & sprinkle chaat masala on it..
- Before adding Moong and tomato mixture add a little salt and red chilli powder to it & mix well. Note- Onions could also be added to it but here i have not used onions.
- Fold it and close it tightly.
- Ready to serve.
- Serve with green chutney.
