You can have Mango Ice Cream using 3 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you achieve it.
Ingredients of Mango Ice Cream
- It's 2 of Mango ripe pulpy.
- You need 200 ml of Yoghurt curd or Plain Set.
- It's to taste of Sugar.
Mango Ice Cream step by step
- Scoop out the pulp of the mangoes. I used Alphonso for this one (medium size).
- Place them in a Mixer/Blender with the yoghurt and sugar and combine.
- Pour into an airtight container and set in freezer.
- After half an hour, take it out and mix it well to obtain a thick creamy consistence.
- Place back in the freezer to set for another minutes.
- Delicious ice cream is ready to serve!! Slurppppp :).
