Ajmeri Kalakand Cake step by step

  1. Keep milk for boiling in heavy bottom pan..
  2. Add cardamom powder..
  3. Once the milk start to boiling reduce the flam..
  4. Keep stirring on low flam till milk reduce to 1/4 of it's original quantity..
  5. Add lemon juice in a bowl add 1 teaspoon of water and mix well..
  6. Add lemon juice in to the milk..
  7. Milk start to curdling..
  8. Now Add sugar and keep stirring till the milk thickens and golden brown in colour. Now add clarified butter..
  9. Line a tin with foil papper..
  10. Transfer the mixture in the tin..
  11. Spread evenly and let the mixture set for 3 to 4 hours..
  12. Put the unbeaten whipped cream in a bowl and beat with beater untill the cream reaches stiff peaks..
  13. Now add vanilla essence and powder sugar and mix well..
  14. Demould the milk cake..
  15. Spread the icing on the cake.decorate with colourful icing..
  16. Decorate with colourful sprinkle and choco chips..
