Ingredients of Carrot Burfi

  1. It's 1 bowl of grated carrot.
  2. It's 3/4 bowl of Sugar.
  3. You need 1/4 bowl of mava.
  4. It's 1 tsp of cardamom,nutmeg powder.
  5. Prepare as required of Cashews for decoration.
  6. It's 2 tsp of desi ghee.

Carrot Burfi instructions

  1. Wash and grate the carrots..
  2. Now saute mava on slow flame for 5 minutes and keep aside..
  3. Now heat desi ghee add the grated carrot,saute till becomes dry,Add sugar and Cardamom and nutmeg powder,mix well...
  4. Cook till it looses the pan..
  5. Now add the sauted mava mix well..
  6. Now cook for 7 minutes on slow flame,take it down let it cool for 5 minutes,take mould and make burfis,decorate with cashews..
  7. Put it freezer for 10 minutes burfi is ready to serve..
