Ingredients of Carrot Burfi
- It's 1 bowl of grated carrot.
- It's 3/4 bowl of Sugar.
- You need 1/4 bowl of mava.
- It's 1 tsp of cardamom,nutmeg powder.
- Prepare as required of Cashews for decoration.
- It's 2 tsp of desi ghee.
Carrot Burfi instructions
- Wash and grate the carrots..
- Now saute mava on slow flame for 5 minutes and keep aside..
- Now heat desi ghee add the grated carrot,saute till becomes dry,Add sugar and Cardamom and nutmeg powder,mix well...
- Cook till it looses the pan..
- Now add the sauted mava mix well..
- Now cook for 7 minutes on slow flame,take it down let it cool for 5 minutes,take mould and make burfis,decorate with cashews..
- Put it freezer for 10 minutes burfi is ready to serve..
