Ingredients of Kesariya Coconut Burfi

  1. Prepare 1 of coconut grated.
  2. It's 1 can of condensed Milk.
  3. You need As needed of cashews (powdered).
  4. You need 2 tsp of Cardamom powder.
  5. Prepare As needed of Slivered pistachio.
  6. It's 8-10 of Safron strands.
  7. You need 1 spoon of hot milk to mix saffron.
  8. You need As needed of pure ghee.

Kesariya Coconut Burfi instructions

  1. In a non-stick pan heat ghee and add grated coconut and stir fry it. Stir continuously for pa few seconds. Be careful the colour of coconut shouldn’t change.
  2. Now add condensed milk and stir it again. * mix saffron in one spoon of hot milk and mix in the mixture. This will give nice colour and flavor to burfi.
  3. Add cardamom powder and cashew powder.
  4. When mixture leaves the side of the pan, transfer it to a greased flat plate..
  5. Spread it all over the plate and level it.
  6. Spread slivered pistachio on it.
  7. Cut into shape of a burfi according to the size of each pieces you want and let it set for sometime.
  8. Once it solidifies take it out from the plate and enjoy.
