Ingredients of Kesariya Coconut Burfi
- Prepare 1 of coconut grated.
- It's 1 can of condensed Milk.
- You need As needed of cashews (powdered).
- You need 2 tsp of Cardamom powder.
- Prepare As needed of Slivered pistachio.
- It's 8-10 of Safron strands.
- You need 1 spoon of hot milk to mix saffron.
- You need As needed of pure ghee.
Kesariya Coconut Burfi instructions
- In a non-stick pan heat ghee and add grated coconut and stir fry it. Stir continuously for pa few seconds. Be careful the colour of coconut shouldn’t change.
- Now add condensed milk and stir it again. * mix saffron in one spoon of hot milk and mix in the mixture. This will give nice colour and flavor to burfi.
- Add cardamom powder and cashew powder.
- When mixture leaves the side of the pan, transfer it to a greased flat plate..
- Spread it all over the plate and level it.
- Spread slivered pistachio on it.
- Cut into shape of a burfi according to the size of each pieces you want and let it set for sometime.
- Once it solidifies take it out from the plate and enjoy.
