Ingredients of Chocolate laddu

  1. It's 2 tbsp of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder.
  2. It's 1 cup of Dates /without seeds.
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp of Walnut.
  4. It's 1 tbsp of Cashew Nuts.
  5. You need 1 tbsp of Almonds.
  6. It's of Salt (a pinch).
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of Vanilla Essence.
  8. It's 4 tsp of Water.

CHOCOLATE LADDU This luscious Laddu is a mixture of Chocolate and Coconut, and the best part is that it is a Keto sweet. Which means you can have it in. This rava laddu is Maharashtrian style of making rava laddu and one which I learnt from my aunt. So for festive occasions like Diwali, this rava laddoo recipe is apt as it can be easily made in less time.

Chocolate laddu instructions

  1. Put all the dry fruits along with a pinch of salt into a grinder and make a fine powder..
  2. After that, add dates, cocoa powder and vanilla essence in the same jar and grind for 1 minute. It will become like crumble..
  3. Then add 4 tsp of water and again blend the mixture for 1-2 minutes until all the ingredients are combined together..
  4. You will get a sticky chocolatey dough. Put the mixture on a plate..
  5. Grease your palm and start making ladoos by taking small portions from the Choco dates mixture..
  6. When all ur laddoos are ready them roll them in coconut powder it looks awesm.. and yummy too...
  7. You can refrigerate them up to 3 weeks..
