Ingredients of Healthy Vegan laddoo

  1. Prepare 100 gm of Unsalted peanuts.
  2. It's 50 gm of almonds or cashew nut.
  3. Prepare 25 gm of coconut powder.
  4. You need 25 gm of Unsalted pistachio.
  5. You need 1 tbsp of flax seed or sesame seed.
  6. You need 180-200 gm of Dates.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder.
  8. It's 25 gm of organic jaggery.

Healthy Vegan laddoo step by step

  1. Roast peanuts on slow heat till lightly brown and crisp.
  2. Do the same with almonds, pistachio and coconut powder. Also roast the seeds (flaxseeds/sesame).
  3. Chop the dates and jaggery into small pieces. Mix and keep aside.
  4. Now pulse the nuts in a chopper or mixer till finely coarse..
  5. Add the dates, jaggery, flax seeds,cardamom powder, coconut powder to the mixer along with the nuts and pulse it a few times till it all comes together.
  6. Remove it in plate and make laddoos of your preferred size.
