Ingredients of Healthy Vegan laddoo
- Prepare 100 gm of Unsalted peanuts.
- It's 50 gm of almonds or cashew nut.
- Prepare 25 gm of coconut powder.
- You need 25 gm of Unsalted pistachio.
- You need 1 tbsp of flax seed or sesame seed.
- You need 180-200 gm of Dates.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder.
- It's 25 gm of organic jaggery.
Healthy Vegan laddoo step by step
- Roast peanuts on slow heat till lightly brown and crisp.
- Do the same with almonds, pistachio and coconut powder. Also roast the seeds (flaxseeds/sesame).
- Chop the dates and jaggery into small pieces. Mix and keep aside.
- Now pulse the nuts in a chopper or mixer till finely coarse..
- Add the dates, jaggery, flax seeds,cardamom powder, coconut powder to the mixer along with the nuts and pulse it a few times till it all comes together.
- Remove it in plate and make laddoos of your preferred size.
