  20. Prepare 1 tbsp of Butter.

  1. First wash and pat dry the chicken.

  5. For the malai tikka add milk powder,Malai and white pepper powder to the chicken mix and mix well..add diced onion and arrange in a stewker.
  6. For the chicken Haryali tikka make a paste using coriander leaves,mint leaves,green chilli and garlic..add this to the chicken and mix well.
  7. Add diced capsicum and arrange in a stewker.
  8. Now grill these tikkas for 20-25 mins flipping in between.
  9. Apply some butter all over and grill again for 2-3 mins.
  10. Serve hot with chutney and salad.
