Ingredients of Soya Chicken Dosa
- You need 200 gm of chicken (boneless).
- Prepare 1 of onion.
- You need 1 of tomato.
- You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- You need 1 tsp of garam masala powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of roasted cumin powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 100 gms of curd.
- You need 1 tsp of chicken Tikka masala.
- Prepare 1 tsp of dried fenugreek leaves.
- Prepare of Salt.
- Prepare 50 gms of soya flour.
- It's 25 gms of puffed rice.
- You need 4 tsp of ghee.
- You need 2 cups of water (approx).
- It's 2 slices of cheese (optional).
Soya Chicken Dosa instructions
- Chicken sabzi for dosa : cut chicken pieces into small cubes. Marinate with all the ingredients except onion & tomato. Take a pressure cooker. Add 2 tsp ghee. Add onion & cook till brown. Add tomatoes. Cook well. Now add marinated chicken & cook for 3-4 whistles..
- Soya dosa : blend soya flour with puffed rice, water & salt. Set aside for 10-15 mins. Take flat pan. Spread batter for dosa & cook both sides with a generous spread of ghee. U can add cheese slices on top & then a layer of sabzi. This will make it taste like crisp shawarma ;-).
- Serve hot with chicken sabzi..
