- You need 500 g of carrot.
- It's 250 g of sugar.
- It's 100 g of dalda.

Carrot Burfi step by step
- Grate the carrots and fry it with dalda in a kadhai..till it becomes brown...
- Then take sugar and 2-3 tbsp water in a kadhai and make the sugar syrup..then add the carrots...and mix well.
- When it becomes little dry then take it out in a plate and flatten it... garnish with cashews....
- When it becomes fully dry cut it into burfi shapes....
