- Prepare 1 1/2 litre of full cream milk.
- It's 2 tsp of Lemon juice.
- Prepare 200 gm of sugar.

- First take the milk add lemon and make the chana. Now take a muslin cloth put the chana through it. Now put something heavy on it so the excess water is drain. Keep it for 2-3 hrs for best results. When done cut them into small cubes of the same size. Now make the sugar syrup add kesar and elachi powder.
