Chicken Pepper Masala dry instructions

  1. In a Kadai pour some oil, Cinnamon, cloves and curry leaves. Once the spluttering process is done.
  2. Add the finely sliced onions, green chilli and saute till golden brown..
  3. Add the chicken pieces followed with tomatoes and mix well till the onions and tomato is coated on the chicken. Close the lid for 5 mins in a medium flame..
  4. After 5 mins add ginger garlic paste, mix well for another 2 mins..
  5. Add on the spices, Turmeric powder, chilli powder and the garam masala powder followed with salt and mix the chicken well. Please don't add water..
  6. Once the chicken is cooked add pepper powder and close the lid till the chicken is completely cooked..
  7. Switch off the flame and garnish the Pepper chicken with Coriander leaves..
