- You need 2 of Tomato Med size -.
- Prepare 1 of Ginger garlic paste - tbspoon.

- You need 1 teaspoon of Turmeric powder -.
- You need 1 teaspoon of Garam Masala -.
- It's 1 , 1/2 of Pepper powder - spoon.

Chicken Pepper Masala dry instructions
- In a Kadai pour some oil, Cinnamon, cloves and curry leaves. Once the spluttering process is done.
- Add the finely sliced onions, green chilli and saute till golden brown..
- Add the chicken pieces followed with tomatoes and mix well till the onions and tomato is coated on the chicken. Close the lid for 5 mins in a medium flame..
- After 5 mins add ginger garlic paste, mix well for another 2 mins..
- Add on the spices, Turmeric powder, chilli powder and the garam masala powder followed with salt and mix the chicken well. Please don't add water..
- Once the chicken is cooked add pepper powder and close the lid till the chicken is completely cooked..
- Switch off the flame and garnish the Pepper chicken with Coriander leaves..
