- Prepare 1 of full chicken cut into medium pieces (clean & washed).
- Prepare 1 cup of hung curd.
- It's 1 cup of fresh mint-coriander leaves.
- It's 10-12 of spinach leaves (blanched).
- You need 3 tbsp of lemon juice.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of garam masala.
- You need 2-3 of green chillies.
- You need 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste.
- You need 1/2 cup of thick cream.
- You need to taste of Salt.

- Grind mint-coriander, green chillies, spinach leaves to a smooth paste..
- In a big mixing bowl combine the green paste,curd,garam masala,lime juice,ginger-garlic paste. Mix well and marinate the chicken pieces in the mixture for 5-6 hrs atleast..
- Grease a deep oven proof dish with oil & transfer the marinated chicken in this dish..
- Preheat oven to 200 degree & bake the chicken until done. Remove from the oven. Be careful not to overcook..
- For tandoori aroma- heat a piece of charcoal & place it in the prepared dish. Add a dash of oil/butter and immediately cover it with a lidso dat smoke stays inside. Let it stand for atleast 5-10 minutes. Remove the coal & serve hot..
