- Prepare 2 tbsp of Hung Curd.

Grilled Chicken Tikka step by step
- First marinate chicken with vinegar, pepper and ginger & garlic paste for 1-2 hours..
- Now add cashew paste, salt, hung curd and fresh cream for 15-20 mins. Add 1 tsp of butter in it and put it on skewer. Grill it on 180 degree for 30-40 minutes..
- While tikkas are grilling, heat butter till it shows steam. Take it off the flame and add finely chopped garlic in heat. And keep it as it is. Stir in case needed..
- Now take tikkas out. Brush some butter. And keep it on grilling net and put on open flame. When you think tikkas got good texture, take it from flame and pour garlic with butter on top..
- On flame, burn coal. Take it in steel bowl. And place it exactly between tikka. Add some garlic butter and cover and seal it with foil. And keep it for 10 mins. And tikkas are ready to serve. Sprinkle chat masala and garnish with coriander..
