  1. Heat a vessel, add 3cups of water, mashed dal,chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, green chillies, few curry leaves, rasam powder and bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes..

  3. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds , crushed garlic, curry leaves anf fry for few seconds..
  4. Add this mixture to the boiled rasam and combine. Turn off the heat and place lid. Garnish with corriander leaves..
