- Firstly soaked kokum in salted lukewarm water..
- Heat oil in kadhai add onion, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves and saute it..
- After that add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt and saute till onions become golden brown..
- Then add kokum gravy and then add fish..
- Cooked fish on low flame, when fish cooked and gravy becomes thick. Switch off the flame..
