  1. Soak moongdal and rice for 2 hours..
  2. Take pepper seeds, ginger, cashew, curry leaves, red chilli, green chilli..
  3. Take a pressure cooker and keep it on the stove, once the cooker heats add ghee into it. Once it heats, add jeera, cashew, green chilli, red chilli, pepper, curry leaves and roast in low flame..
  4. Once it roasts properly add moongdal and rice, add water and salt into it. Pressure Cook for 3 whistles..
  5. Once it cool down remove the pressure..
  6. Mix it and take it into a bowl and serve hot..
