- You need 600 ml of Water.

Sweet Pongal instructions
- Take a cooker add water, rice and 2 tbsp ghee cook in high flame for 7 whistles..
- Take a pan add jaggery and water cook 10 minutes and filter the jaggery and remaining ghee add in to the rice and cook for 10 minutes..
- Take a pan add 2 tbsp ghee add Cashew nuts till golden colour and add raisins it's puffed then add into the rice and mix well. Sweet Pongal is ready to serve..
