  1. For making orange base - peel and grate the carrots,then add grated carrots in mixer jar and give it a spin (not much)so it will become fine to make burfi.heat ghee in a pan add carrots,cook until moisture evaporates, add sugar stir for few minutes,add milk powder /mawa stir continue till well combined,add cardamom powder and mix well and switch off the flame..
