Ingredients of Coconut Barfi

  1. Prepare 2 of coconuts.
  2. You need 250 gm of sweet condensed milk.
  3. You need 1/2 tsp of Cardamom powder.
  4. It's 6 of pistachios.
  5. It's 2 tbsp of ghee.

Coconut Barfi instructions

  1. Break the coconuts and remove it from shell..
  2. Peel the coconut neatly..
  3. Now grind it in a mixer grinder..
  4. Heat the pan and add ghee. Heat it for 1 min..
  5. Now add grinded coconut in it. Mix it on low flame and keep stirring continuously..
  6. Fry it for 5 minutes..
  7. Now add sweet condensed milk to it and keep stirring. Up to 5 to 7 minutes until it's consistency becomes thick..
  8. Now add cardamom powder and mix it well. And put off the flame..
  9. Take another plate grease it with ghee. Now spread the coconut mixture on it..
  10. Garnish it with grinded pistachios..
  11. Keep it for cooling. U can also refrigerate it for 30 to 45 min..
  12. Once it get set cut it in small pieces..
  13. Now heat the plate for 5 to 10 seconds toh that burfi will come out easily form plate..
  14. Coconuts barfi is ready..
