  1. You need 1/2 cup of fine rawa.

  1. Soak saffron strands in 2 Tbsp of warm water and keep aside.
  2. Take 2 tbsp ghee and roast cashews and raisins on low flame. once the cashews turn golden brown, keep aside. Now in the same ghee roast rawa on low flame. Rawa shouldn’t be too much brown.
  3. Once it’s aromat switch off the gas and boil 1 cup water in a pan separately. After 2-3 min of boiling water, add sugar and mix with a spoon..
  4. When sugar is dissolved add in roasted rawa to it and Stir continuously till the rava absorbs water and no lumps are formed..
  5. Now add the soaked saffron, cardamom powder and half of the fried cashews and raising to it and keep stirring. Once everything comes together as a mass add last spoon of ghee. This will give extra flavor to the bhat..
