Ingredients of Green Peas Burfi
- It's 2 cups of grated mawa(khoya).
- You need 1 cup of fresh green peas.
- It's 3/4 cup of sugar.
- It's 3 tbsp of desi ghee.
- You need 1 tbsp of cashew nut paste.
- You need 1 tbsp of roasted sesame.
- Prepare few of cashewnuts.
- You need 3/4 tsp of green cardamom powder.

- Grind the peas in the mixie with little water..
- Take a pan,pour desi ghee in it..
- When it heats up,add grinded peas paste in it.Stir continuously till all the moisture evaporates..
- Add grated mava in it & mix well, continuously saute it till well blended..
- Now add sugar,mix & saute..
- Grind few cashews in the mixie & make a paste.put this paste in the pan and saute peas.Add few cashews & mix well..
- Grease the tray with little ghee & pour the mixture in it, Spread evenly..
- Roast sesame seeds in a pan till they become little brown in colour..
- Sprinkle these on the mixture..
- Let it cool down at room temperature & then keep it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes..
- Cut in to squares & serve..
