- Prepare 200 gm of Medium size Potatoes (boiled and mashed).

- Firstly wash and boil Potatoes in a a Cooker,with little salt for 3/4 whistles,mashed and keep it asides,than in a big bowl put besan,1/2sp haldi,1tsp red chilli powder,salt,apinch baking soda and put water according to make batter.in a big bowl mix mashed potatoes,put masalas (greenchilles, garlic cloves, Ginger,haldi,salt,1/2tsp Red chilli powder)and mix corrriander leaves and give tadkaa of mustard seeds and Jeera in it make each balls and dip in besan batter and fry till Golden brown.
- For Techaa; in a Pan put 2tsp oil, when heating put Jeera,12green chillies,12 Garlic pods and fry for few minutes and put roasted peanuts and salt and gind.
- For Lasun chutney, little sukaa coconut grated and 10garlic pods,2/3 whole Red chilli,salt and grind.
- Lastly serve with Pav and yummy it taste.
