  1. In a pan add raw rice and moong dal.. Roast it aroma comes switch off the flame.

  8. Pour the roasted nuts and pepper, cumin, curry leaves... Into the rice mix it well.
  9. Heat some ghee and pour into rice..... Give a mix..serve it with sambar and coconut chutney.
