Ingredients of Wheat Kheer
- Prepare 1/2 bowl of wheat.
- You need 1 ltr of milk.
- Prepare 100 gm of almond.
- It's 50 gm of Cashew.
- Prepare 50 gm of pistachios.
- It's 200 gm of sugar.
- It's 1 tsp of nutmeg powder.
- It's 1 tsp of cardamom powder.
- You need Pinch of salt.
Wheat Kheer step by step
- Soak wheat overnight and grind it coarse in morning without any water..
- Boil milk at one side. At one side grind cashew, almond, pistachio and sugar to refine texture..
- Heat sauce pan add ghee in it. Add broken wheat in it and saute it for 1 or 2 mins..
- Later add refine powder of sugar and dry fruits in it and mix it. Careful that it wont get stick to the bottom.
- Once sugar melts add cardamom powder and boiled milk and let it boil for 5 more mins. Add nutmeg powder and salt and ket it bowl for another 5 mins. Stir it in between..
- Serve it hot..
