- Take one bowl mix maida,baking soda,banana paste,mawa and milk.mixed it well and make a smooth paste.leave it for one hour to rest.
- For sugar syrap take 150 ml. water and 100 ml sugar in a pan and boil it to make one string sugar syrup.
- Take one pan put ghee to fry maalpua,take small amount of paste and put it in the ghee to fry malpua,fry it till golden brown,now put the maalpuas in the sugar syrup for 20 min.
- Take the maalpuas out from the sugar syrup and put it in plate,now garnish it with rabdi and dry fruits.
