Ragda Vadapav step by step
- Firstly take 1 cup soaked white peas, add salt. pressure cook for 5 whistles..
- Now in a large kadai heat 2 tsp oil add jeera and hing. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic and chilli paste. Salute for 30 sec. Add boiled white peas. Add 1 boiled potato. furthermore add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp garam masala. Add salt to taste. Mix it well. Cook for 1 min. Add water and as required. Cook for 5 min low flame. Ragda is ready..
- For stuffing : In a large bowl add boiled potatoes, all dry masalas, chat masala, chopped coriander, lemon juice. Add tadka : 1 tsp oil, hing and add jeera and dhaniya seeds. Mix it well..

- Take Another bowl and add besan, all dry masalas, chat masala and green chilli, ginger and garlic paste. Add water as required. Mix it well..
