- Heat oil in a pan add musterd seeds, hing, add curry leaves, green chilli adrakh paste, saute for 1-minutes. Add boiled and mashed potatoes,haldi powder add salt, lemon juice, and saute for few seconds. Mix well..
- Switch off the flame, keep aside and let it be cool for 4-5 minutes. Take the mixture and divide it into small portions and make balls.Take a bowl add besan, turmeric powder, salt and mix well. Make a smooth batter.dip each round of the vada balls into the prepared batter and allow it to coat the mixture well..
