- Wash spinach leaves 4-5times and keep aside..
- Take a mixie add spinach,ginger, shallot, green chillies,and make a smooth paste of it by adding little water..
- In a mixing bowl,add the grind paste,add rice flour,little by little water and make a lumps-free pouring consistency batter. Add salt and keep aside for 10-15mins..
- Heat up a non-stick or a cast iron tawa &seasoned it well. Add 2-3 ladleful of batter all over &spread..drizzle some oil all over the edges..
- Cook it on a medium flame. As u see the upper layer is dried up,flip on to the other side & cook for few seconds....
- Palak/spinach crepes,ghavan or dosas r ready to eat....
