Ingredients of Rice Paratha
- Prepare of cooked rice.
- You need of wheat flour for mixing with rice.
- Prepare of green chilli chopped.
- Prepare of medium size onion chopped fine.
- Prepare of ginger chopped fine.
- Prepare of Wheat flour to make Paratha.
- Prepare of Canola Oil to fry.
- Prepare of Salt.
Rice Paratha step by step
- Chop the onions and green chillies and ginger well..
- Mash the rice well..
- In a wok heat oil and add the chopped ginger, onions and green chillies and cook for 2-3 mins. Add salt and set aside.
- Add the cooked masala to the mashed rice and cool it.
- Mix well.
- Add 2 Tbsp Wheat flour to the rice mix for binding.
- Make a dough from the wheat flour and make 3 balls. Put a little of the rice masala inside the wheat dough.
- With a rolling pin make a triangle Paratha and set aside.
- In a tawa heat oil and fry the Paratha for 2-3 mins on each side..
- Serve hot with pickle.
