Ingredients of Rice Paratha

  1. Prepare of cooked rice.
  2. You need of wheat flour for mixing with rice.
  3. Prepare of green chilli chopped.
  4. Prepare of medium size onion chopped fine.
  5. Prepare of ginger chopped fine.
  6. Prepare of Wheat flour to make Paratha.
  7. Prepare of Canola Oil to fry.
  8. Prepare of Salt.

Rice Paratha step by step

  1. Chop the onions and green chillies and ginger well..
  2. Mash the rice well..
  3. In a wok heat oil and add the chopped ginger, onions and green chillies and cook for 2-3 mins. Add salt and set aside.
  4. Add the cooked masala to the mashed rice and cool it.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Add 2 Tbsp Wheat flour to the rice mix for binding.
  7. Make a dough from the wheat flour and make 3 balls. Put a little of the rice masala inside the wheat dough.
  8. With a rolling pin make a triangle Paratha and set aside.
  9. In a tawa heat oil and fry the Paratha for 2-3 mins on each side..
