- Firstly take a mixing bowl then add mutton, onion paste, tomato paste, garlic cloves, sliced ginger,, gram masala powder, red chilli powder, to taste salt, curd,green cardamom powder, turmeric powder, nutmeg,cumin powder, coriander powder now mix it properly now cover and rest for 30 min.
- Now heat the clay handi with oil and pure ghee then add cumin cloves, bayleaf, red chilli, cinnamon stick green cardamom, black cardamom stir it now u get nice aroma then add marinated mutton stir and mix it well.
- Now cover and cook for 35 min on lower flame.
- Stiring in between interval timing bcz burnt it.
- After 35 min add water as required Kashmiri red chilli powder some salt and mix it properly again cover and cook until it becomes tendar on lower flame.
- Now lastly add meet masala powder and chopped fresh coriander leaves mix it well then turn off the flame.
- Now it is ready to serve.
