  4. Add salt, rice flour and water to form smooth flowing consistency dosa batter.
  5. Pour laddle of batter and spread, add onions and gently stick to dosa.
  6. Drizzle oil on sides and top. cook both sides.
  7. Mark a triangle over dosa.
  8. Fold and transfer to serving plate.
  9. Serve hot with Sambhar and chutney.
