- You need 1 cup of hung curd.
- Prepare 1 cup of homemade paneer / cheena.
- It's 1 cup of condensed milk.
- You need 2 table spoon of milk room temperature.
- It's 1 pinch + 1 pinch of saffron.
- You need of Aluminium foil.

Kesari Curd Sandesh instructions
- Put the hung curd, paneer, condensed milk in the food processor jar, make a smooth paste.
- In the milk and the saffron.
- Mix 1 pinch saffron milk in the curd paneer mixture.
- Put aluminium foil into the sandesh mould and pour the mixture into it, spread the rest saffron on it. Cover the mould with another foil completely so that there is no gap anywhere..
- Put water in a large vessel and keep a steel stand into it and let the water boil..
- Now gently put the sandesh mould on the steel stand, the mould should be half merged into the water. Cover the vessel.
- In slow flame steam it for 35 minutes, remove from the vessel, let it come to room temperature, keep it in the fridge.
- After 1 hour demould and cut the sandesh according to your choice and serve.
Sandesh is one sweet which i wanted to make for very long time. It is a really simple sweet to make, but taste really delicious. It is made with paneer, you can even make it with storebought paneer. Heat a tsp of ghee and fry cashew nuts until golden brown. Remove it and keep it aside.
