  1. It's 2 cup of ghee.
  2. Prepare 4 cup of grated carrot.
  3. You need 1 cup of milk.
  4. It's 1/2 cup of sugar.
  5. It's 1 1/2 cup of khoya.
  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder.
  7. Prepare 2 tsp of almond & cashews chopped.

Carrot Khoya Burfi instructions

  1. In a large kadhai heat 2 tbsp ghee and roast carrots, saute in 5-8 minutes or till the colour changes lightly..
  2. Now add 1 cup milk and stir well boil for till the carrots turns soft..
  3. Stir till the milk reduced completely and thickens..
  4. Now add in half sugar and mix well..
  5. Add 1/2 cup khoya, cardamom powder mix well..
  6. In another pan add khoya and sugar cook till smooth mixture..
  7. Transfer the prepare carrot mixture into greased plate sprinkle chopped dry fruits..
  8. Then pour tha khoya mixture into the carrot mixture..
  9. Set for 30 minutes..
  10. Now unmould and cut into a square pieces.
  11. Serve carrot khoya burfi..
