- It's 2 cup of ghee.
- Prepare 4 cup of grated carrot.
- You need 1 cup of milk.
- It's 1/2 cup of sugar.
- It's 1 1/2 cup of khoya.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder.
- Prepare 2 tsp of almond & cashews chopped.

- In a large kadhai heat 2 tbsp ghee and roast carrots, saute in 5-8 minutes or till the colour changes lightly..
- Now add 1 cup milk and stir well boil for till the carrots turns soft..
- Stir till the milk reduced completely and thickens..
- Now add in half sugar and mix well..
- Add 1/2 cup khoya, cardamom powder mix well..
- In another pan add khoya and sugar cook till smooth mixture..
- Transfer the prepare carrot mixture into greased plate sprinkle chopped dry fruits..
- Then pour tha khoya mixture into the carrot mixture..
- Set for 30 minutes..
- Now unmould and cut into a square pieces.
