  2. You need 2 of beetroots grated.
  3. It's 1/4 tsp of asafoetida.

  7. You need 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.

  1. In a bowl take wheat flour & all other ingredients except ghee & water..
  2. Mix it well. Pour water as required to make a dough..
  3. Take a medium size ball from the dough, sprinkle flour on it & roll it like a chapati. Heat tawa place paratha on it..
  4. When paratha gets bubbles over it flip & spread some ghee on it. Flip it again & apply some ghee on the other side of the paratha. Roast until it becomes little crispy..
  5. Your healthy beetroot paratha is ready to be served. Serve hot with a bowl of curd. Best for early morning breakfast..
