- Drop in hot oil. fry over medium heat until golden brown.
- Make churas from leftover besan. deep fry until golden brown.
- Fry green chillies until it starts wilting.
- Drain excess oil over tissue paper.
- Slit pav halfway.
- Apply green chutney, garlic chutney and sweet chutney on pav.
- Place vada, green chilli and little churas. Serve hot.
