  1. First wash sama rice with water for 3 -4 times nicely.and soak atleast for 15 mins..

  5. Now add sugar and cook for another 2 mins..
  6. Add cardamom powder and some nuts/ dry fruits.mix well and cook for a min.then switch off the flame..
