- Prepare of potatoes Boiled diced ,.
- It's of Chili powder.
- You need of Coriander leaves.
- Prepare of Coriander powder.
- It's of Cumin powder.
- Prepare of Fenugreek leaf powder.
- You need of Garlic ginger paste.
- It's of chilies Green.
- It's of Cumin seeds.
- Prepare of Mustard (Optional).

Jeera Aaloo instructions
- Getting ready.
- Peel and chop the boiled potatoes into 1" cubes..
- Chop the onions finely and keep aside..
- In a pan, heat some oil. Add mustard and cumin seeds and wait for it to splutter..
- Now add the chopped onions and sauté them lightly until nice and brown..
- Add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies, turmeric powder, coriander powder and chili powder and stir lightly. Fry on medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Then add boiled potatoes and sauté..
- Once done, add salt, cumin and fenugreek leaves powder and simmer for 5 more minutes..
- Serving.
