Ingredients of Paratha-Mixed Subzi

  1. You need of chopped vegetables.
  2. Prepare of onion, chopped.
  3. Prepare of tomato, chopped.
  4. You need of green chilies, chopped.
  5. You need of grated ginger.
  6. It's of turmeric powder.
  7. It's of salt or as required.
  8. Prepare of kashmiri red chilli powder.
  9. It's of nigella seeds (kalonji).
  10. You need of roasted cumin powder.

  1. Veggies like potato, brinjal, parmal, pumpkin, cauliflower florets, long beans, colocasia and suran to be washed and chopped into small size,so that,cooked quickly..
  2. Boil 3 cups of water with salt and turmeric powder. Add the chopped veggies. Cook for half whistle and let the cooker cool naturally..
  3. Take a kadhi. Heat oil and ghee. Add the nigella (kalonji)seeds and allow to splutter..
  4. Add chopped onion and fry till rawness is gone. Mix chopped chilies, tomatoes,grated ginger,chilli powder and cook on medium flame, till tomatoes cooked..
  5. Now mix the boiled veggies, with the masala, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the roasted cumin powder,mix well and switch off the flame..
